Vineyard: 1300 B.C Assyrtiko, a wine created in the privately owned vineyard of the Koronioti winery in the historic area of Mycenae, proves without a doubt the multifaceted character of this noble variety of Santorini.

Features: Light straw green color in the glass. Rich nose full of tropical fruits, peach, lime, citrus and pear, light herbal aromas and soft minerality complete the complex set. Balanced acidity and oily sensation in the mouth, complete with a long aromatic aftertaste.

Accompanied by: seafood dishes, with grilled saltwater fish without sometimes excluding some freshwater such as salmon and why not with relatively fatty meats that seek high acidity.

Serve at 8-10˚C
