Variety : Thrapsathiri and Moschato Spinas.

Vineyard : At a distance of 10 'from the Winery, between the 2 gorges of Agios Mama and Zofora is the vineyard "Livadakia", with a total area of 55 acres.

Characteristics : At an altitude of 300m., Planted since the beginning of 2000 mainly with indigenous varieties of the island, taking advantage of the ideal microclimate that arises due to location, we chose Thrapsathiri and Moschato Spinas for this proposal. Meeting the aromatic potential of Moschato, combining it with the volume and acidity of a not so widespread Cretan variety such as Thrapsathiri, we enjoy a cool, summery, easy wine in combination with summer and aromatic recipes.
