Area / Vineyard: Amyntaio Viticultural zone.
Vinification: Following the classic red vinification method with the aim of maximum extraction of all its components. Aged in French oak barrels for 12 months.
Tasting Characteristics: On the nose it has a complex character, multi-layered, with intense fruity aromas, such as cherry and small red fruits that intertwine with those of olive and tomato. Typical Xinomavro of Amyntaio with strong tannins that will round out with aging in the bottle. .Intense, fresh red fruit, black tea, tar, violet on the nose.
Harmony: Goes well with grilled meats or cooked with rich sauces. Excellent match with game and mature fatty spicy cheeses. Ideal temperature 16-18 C.
