Varietal composition: 50% Merlot, 50% Xinomavro

Vineyard: Own vineyards of approximately 50 acres, at an altitude of 250 m. Soil: Clay-sandy. Harvest: Beginning of September to mid-October. Microclimate: Rainy winters, dry and hot summers

Vinification: The two varieties are vinified and aged separately. After 12 months in French oak barrels, the two wines are blended.

Organoleptic characteristics: Alcohol 14, % vol. wine with intense dark color and sophisticated nose. Merlot offers the color and velvety. Masculine, strict robustness and spicy aromas are the gifts of Xinomavros. As it opens, it unfolds aromas of dried red fruit and wood with hints of spice and leather.
