Vineyard: Privately owned, in the organic vineyard on the Athos peninsula.
Vinification: Vinification Classic red vinification. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Aging for 12 months in French oak barrels.
Organoleptic Characteristics: Bright red color with purple highlights. Expressive and complex aromas of cherries, blackberry, rose, sweet spices but also notes of vegetation. Dense and elegant in the mouth, with lively acidity, refined tannins and a long aftertaste.
We recommend: Grilled red meats and game, braised white and red meats, mushroom dishes and mature cheeses. Serving suggestions Enjoy at 16-18°C. It is recommended to decant the wine half an hour before serving.
