Varietal Composition: Xinomavro 100%
Production: 6150 bottles
Region / Vineyard: Naoussa wine-growing zone. Krasna of Rodochori, Lakka of Giannakochori.
Vinification: Cold extraction at 9-10°C for 8-10 days, fermentation at a controlled temperature (max 29°C). Maturation in old French barrels of 500 liters for 8-12 months depending on the year. A small amount (20%) remains in a stainless steel tank.
Tasting Characteristics: On the nose it has a complex character, multi-layered, with intensely fruity aromas, such as cherry and small red fruits that intertwine with those of olive and tomato. Its color is deep red and in the mouth its body is distinguished with very good structure and intense aromatic aftertaste that lasts. A terroir wine, a wine that represents the place and the year of its production.
Harmony: It is combined with grilled meats or cooked with rich sauces. Excellent match with game and mature fatty spicy cheeses. Ideal temperature 18 C.
