Characteristics : Manual harvest. Soaking grapes for 8-10 days. Fermentation at a controlled temperature at 30°C, followed by malolactic fermentation in 300 liter Slavonic / Hungarian oak barrels.
Bright red color. A wine with quite an intense character, which stigmatizes. Aromas of ripe red fruits. Taste of ripe strawberries and cherries and soft tannins. Extreme finesse and long aftertaste.
Harmony - Serving temperature : Served at 18 C, Pleasant to drink on its own, but goes best with rich meat stews, grilled fillets, fatty cheeses
