Characteristics : The best Barbarescos are very high priced wines and, due to high tannins and high acidity, must be aged, often for decades. Ceretto, however, know very well when to aim for quality without limitations and when to create a wine with all the character of the region, but which can be enjoyed immediately. This is their 'simple' Barbaresco. A Nebbiolo full of character, yet you can enjoy it immediately.
