WINEMAKING & AGEING The grapes were hand picked, carefully selected, destemmed and crushed before being placed in stainless steel tanks for fermentation. It was then aged for 14 months in American oak barrels
TASTING NOTES Condado de Oriza Crianza 2021 unfolds a spectrum of intense aromas, with toasted nuances and spices such as cloves and cinnamon taking center stage. A hint of chocolate intertwines with the aroma of ripe black fruits such as blackberries and plums. After tasting, these same notes are confirmed, giving a rich and fruity taste. The tannins are ripe and harmonize with the medium body of the wine. The finish is spicy, lingering and softly velvety, reflecting its concentration and exuberant character.
