Variety: Malagouzia

Characteristics: Malagouzia 100% organic viticulture. After fermentation, the wine is kept in a tank filled with the fine lees and stirred weekly for 8 months developing further body. The nose is dominated by aromatic fig leaves, lychee, pineapple and ripe peach. Mouth with juicy pear and even more peach in balance with a fresh acidity.

It is combined with green salads with citrus fruits, pasta with seafood.

Alcohol 12.5%
