Origin of Grapes: From the privately owned selected vineyard of the Vryniotis winery on Mount Telethrio in North Evia, totaling 25 acres

Vinification: Aging in French oak barrels for 12 months and bottle aging for 6 months.

Aging Potential: Enjoy it now or age it in proper conservation conditions for at least 8-10 years from its release.

Characteristics: The marriage of the very rare Greek variety Vradiano with the cosmopolitan Syrah creates a delightful wine with a special aromatic character. It has a deep purple color and on the nose the attractive bouquet of aromas is characterized by the red fruits of the forest harmoniously linked with the aromas of spices and oak. Rich and balanced mouth, delightful fruit, velvety tannins and long peppery aftertaste.

It accompanies grilled meats or cooked with rich sauces, peppered fillets and a variety of charcuterie. Goes great with baked lamb, roast wild boar and hard yellow cheeses.

Enjoy it at 16-18 °C.
