Winemaking: Manual vintage, double sorting of good marcs.
No use of press, small yields, organic grapes.
Pre-fermentation extraction of Refosco for 120 minutes. Mixing of the two varieties and fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature.
Organoleptic Characteristics: Life with Mare, a pleasant wine, cool with salmon color from the excellent blend of the Refosco and Malagouzia varieties. Aromatic notes of rose, wild strawberry, tropical fruit and spices give a spicy character, while in the mouth the rich volume due to Refoscos with unrivaled cool acidity compose a rosé wine with a rich structure that comfortably accompanies most dishes.
