Vinification: Manual harvest. Fermentation at a controlled temperature of 25ºC. Seed extraction for at least 15 days and maturation for 6 months in oak barrels.
Tasting characteristics: Deep ruby with purple highlights. Aromas of red fruits such as cherries and berries with hints of vanilla. Full mouth with good quality tannins and balancing acidity.
Gastronomic pairing: Gastronomic wine with great flexibility in flavor combinations: red meats, pasta with red sauces, pizzas rich in charcuterie, yellow cheeses. Possibility of aging for 5 years.
