Varietal composition: Corvina, Merlot
Vinification : Merlot and Corvina grapes, selected and harvested by hand with great care, are then left to dry for 1 month in wooden trays. Aging in oak tonneaux (second use) for 3 months. The grapes are then blended and malolactic fermentation follows to harmonize and soften the wine
Tasting characteristics: Deep ruby color. The nose has intense aromas of red berries with hints of spices. The palate is balanced with velvety tannins and has a soft and round finish.
Harmony - Serving temperature : Served at 18 C, Excellent with red meat and game or with aged cheese.
Alcohol 13.5%
