Varietal composition: Cabernet Sauvignon 70% Agiorgitiko 30%
Vineyard: Privately owned in the place of Simarkou Koutsi, clay-sandy soil, altitude 330m, production 600 kg / acre. Harvested in the second ten days of September.
Vinification: Red vinification with prolonged extraction for 20 days at controlled temperature, aging 24 months in French oak barrels 225 liters and 6 months in the bottle.
Organoleptic characteristics: Intense purple color. Aromas of ripe fruit with tones of honey & hot chocolate. Robust body with fleshy and rounded tannins. Bottled without cooling & filtering. Transfer to an open carafe & serve at 18 degrees, accompanying noble dishes of international cuisine.
