Grape origin: From individual vineyards of the Stonefish Estate in the Margaret River, Dtto Australia

Winemaking: Classic winemaking. Shiraz grapes for this wine were hand-picked with optimum maturity from the carefully cultivated vineyards of Western Australia. Fermentation in concrete tanks and maturation in oak barrels

Tasting characteristics: The wine shows a youthful rich and mature palate with red berries and spices interwoven with oak. A well-balanced, full-bodied wine, enhanced with soft tannins.

Harmony - Serving temperature: Served at 16 C, Pleasant to drink on its own, but also an excellent accompaniment to grilled red meats and game dishes.

It is drunk during the year and for another 5-8 years
