Variety: 100% Xinomavro

Area: Naoussa wine-growing zone, Ramnista Giannakochori

Wining: Classic red winemaking. Alcoholic fermentation lasts 15-20 days at a controlled temperature. Aged for 12 months in oak barrels and 12 months in the bottle.

Characteristics: The color is medium ruby with green highlights. Intense nose where we find pleasant red fruits combined with botanical notes such as tomato and olive. In the mouth the fruity characteristics continue to star in combination with the tannins which have rounded after the 12-month oak maturation.

Accompanying: red meat, game, various cheeses.
