Vinification: standard red vinification at 24°C, followed by spontaneous malolactic fermentation. Color extraction for 2 weeks. Aging in oak barrels for 8 months.
Characteristics: Deep red color, intense aroma of red fruits, vanilla and butterscotch. Full mouth without aggressive tannins
Aging potential: 5 years
