Varietal Composition / Winemaking: 100% Assyrtiko from the emblematic vineyard Clos Stegasta. Spontaneous fermentation in a combination of stainless steel tanks, wooden wineries and oak barrels. It is bottled after seven months of contact with wine lees.
Characteristics: The energy and intensity of the wine set the bar for variety. On the nose an impressive combination of citrus fruits and honeysuckle along with mineral hints reminiscent of wet stone. Lively in the mouth, it pulsates with nerve and taste intensities. Clarity, purity of fruit and mineral character, bear their signature until the impressive aftertaste.
It ages for 3-5 years
