Winemaking: Classic red winemaking. The lingering of the grapes is prolonged and the new wine is placed in oak barrels, where the lactic fermentation takes place. It stays there for a year, followed by bottling and aging in the bottle.
Description: Dark red color, a special fragrance that combines notes of flowers and fruits such as red currant and citrus fruits with spices, tobacco, herbs and spicy characters, composing a complex bouquet. In the mouth it is soft at first with well-balanced and balanced tannins, round and rich, with a long aromatic duration. Very attractive wine, in essence and elegance, captures the special character of the variety.
