Type Rosé Semi-sweet
Variety: 90% White Muscat – 10% Mavrodafni
Region: Achaia, Vineyard Age: 15 years
Vinification: The grapes of the two varieties are blended. Classic white vinification: the juice is separated, clarified by static desalination and the pure must is fermented at a controlled temperature of 15 ˚C. The fermentation process is stopped by cooling the wine to maintain the desired level of residual sugars.
Aging potential: 1-3 years
Serving suggestion: as an aperitif or with light dishes, fruit, cakes and light sweets at 8-10 ᵒC
