Varietal composition: Roditis (Fox) 100%.
The reddish clone of Roditis, the Roditis "Fox" is the best representative of the variety and the mountainous Egialia is the ideal area for its cultivation. Light yellow color with a complexity of aromas on the nose, mainly citrus and tropical fruits. Full in the mouth, with crisp acidity and minerality.
Winemaking: Roditis of mountainous Aigialeia is known for its quality characteristics. After dehydration, the grape mass was taken to the white winemaker. Alcoholic fermentation with native yeasts at a controlled temperature of 15ᵒc. Frequent daily recycling. Total stay in the winery 25 days.
Separation and residence of the wine in the fine wine lees for 3 months.
Unfiltered.
Characteristics: In the soils of the mountain slopes of Egialia, north orientation and with moderate yields per stump, Roditis gives wonderful dry wines, with a good balance between alcohol and acidity, with a good aroma of flowers, citrus, apple, melon, banana. Cool taste thanks to the acidity. It can also give a thick, oily body.
