Vinification: Short pre-fermentation cryo-extraction followed by extraction of the pre-juice. Pre-fermentation battonage lasting 1 week and after the pre-de-slurry followed by fermentation at controlled temperatures. At the end of fermentation, maturation follows with the fine lees for 4 months.
Tasting characteristics: Pink and delicate, with high intensity aromas of stone fruits and exotic fruits accompanied by aromas of jasmine and white pepper. Rich and complex palate with crisp acidity and a long oily aftertaste.
