Variety : 100% Refosco

Cultivation and Winemaking : Refosco was the first variety we planted in 2002, and now it is obvious that in our vineyards it can give excellent results. Always aiming to produce grapes of the best possible quality, we grow organically and seek low yields, which do not exceed 500 kg / acre. The grapes are then harvested by hand and subjected to strict sorting in the vineyard and winery, in order to ensure that only the best raw material will be used to produce Refosco. After 14 months in new French barrels of 225 liters, the result is a wine with spicy complexity and excellent structure.
