Vineyard: Own vineyards of approximately 30 acres, at an altitude of 250 m. Soil: Sandy clay. Harvest: From the end of August. Microclimate: Rainy winters, dry and hot summers

Vinification: Cold extraction for about 12 hours, controlled fermentation at low temperatures

Organoleptic characteristics: Alcohol 13.5% vol, explosive aromas of exotic fruits such as mango and pineapple with a rich aftertaste and balanced acidity.
