Vinification : Classic white vinification in stainless tanks and low temperatures. It remains with the wine lees and matures in oak barrels for 3-4 months. It is bottled unfiltered

Tasting characteristics: Bright lemon green color. Complex aromas of musk lemon, citrus blossoms and peach on a background of mineral elements. Generous in the mouth with crisp acidity, subtle notes of yeast and a long lemony aftertaste. with balanced barrel appearance.

Serving harmony : An ideal food wine, Assyrtiko can be combined with a wide variety of Mediterranean dishes, from classic ladera to grilled chicken, seafood and of course fish. Enjoy chilled, at 10-12ºC.
