Varietal composition: 70% Assyrtiko 30% Sauvignon Blanc
Vineyard: Privately owned, in the organic vineyard on the Athos peninsula.
Vinification: Classic white vinification. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Remaining on the lees for at least 6 months.
Organoleptic Characteristics: Light lemon color. Complex aromas of bergamot, grapefruit, pear and white flowers combined with mineral and herbal notes. Harmonious and full of freshness in the mouth, with lively acidity, purity of fruit and a soft mineral finish.
We recommend: green vegetables, fish and white meat with lemony sauces. Serving suggestions Enjoy at 9-11°C.
