Varietal Composition : Chardonnay 100%.
Area / Vineyard : Amyntaio / Tramonto Viticulture Zone.
Winemaking / Aging : Pre-fermentation extraction in a controlled environment, alcoholic fermentation at graduated temperatures. Stay in fine-grained French, of Vosges origin, oak barrel (new), "white" burning 225lt, with periodic stirring of the wine sludge for 7 months.
Taste characteristics : Crystalline and bright pale yellow color, with slightly greenish highlights. Nose intense and rich, typical of the variety, with fine aromas of giant fruits, citrus and sweet melon hue at the end. The wood is discreet, giving priority to the fruit. In the mouth it is quite full, already, oily, with excellent balance - coolness and finesse. Vivid aftertaste that contributes to the long shelf life of the perfumes.
Accompanies : harmoniously grilled white meats or rich creamy sauces, accompanied by vegetables, sweet beef, grilled or cooked fish in white sauces, as well as with smoked fish.
