Area / Vineyard: Amyntaio Viticulture Zone. "Turtles" & "Hedgehog". The vineyard "Turtles", of the single privately owned vineyard, is located at an altitude of 660 meters, with northwest orientation, "seeing" Mount Voras, while the vineyard "Hedgehog", of the single privately owned vineyard is located at an altitude of 90 meters, seeing "the lake of Petra and the mountain Vora.
Vinification / Aging: Dehumidification, absence of compressor. Stay for a few hours with the marcs and cold extraction in a controlled environment. Then alcoholic fermentation at graduated temperatures. Stay the wine for 2 months in its fine wine sludges with periodic stirring.
Taste characteristics: Intense pink color with saumon highlights. Fruity nose with rich aromatic expression. Extremely balanced mouth, quite full, oily, with an expressive aftertaste.
Harmony: Combines harmoniously with traditional Greek flavors. Stuffed peppers and tomatoes, roasted Florin peppers, salads, pasta in light red sauces, pizzas, but also with exotic cuisines and cold tomato soups.
