Vineyard : Privately owned vineyard in the area of Perpatiara, in Tegea, Arcadia. For the production of natural sparkling wine Amalia Brut is harvested in early September.

Wine and Vinification : For the production of base wine, an early harvest is made so that the grapes have a low potential alcoholic strength and high natural acidity. Traditional method with second fermentation in the bottle.

Tasting Features : Elegant sparkling wine with light yellow-green color and thin bubbles with intensity and durability. On the nose there are aromas of rose and honey, with a background of charming pastry aromas.
