Varietal Composition: Assyrtiko 80%, Malagouzia 20%


Region: Avdira Thrace. Location: hog forest, coordinates: 40.979282, 24.910891. Vineyard: organic, dry, linear privately owned, yield per hectare 400-500 kg per hectare. Terrain: sandy hills of loose granite with stony subsoil at a depth of 70-80 cm. at a distance of 5 km from the sea.


Climate: Mediterranean with easterly winds, meltemia and the temperature difference between day and night is 13-15 °C


Harvest: by hand Assyrtiko 20/9 Malagouzia 20/9


Vinification: long fermentation with the lees in an amphora with indigenous yeasts and maturation in the amphora with the lees for 270 days without sulphurisation. It is unprocessed and unfiltered.

Organoleptic characteristics: rich and generous with an amber color, earthy and complex with aromas of nuts such as walnut and roasted almonds, dried fruits, citrus jams, acacia honey, tea and spices.


Noble tannins, balanced acidity, complex and exuberant aftertaste.


Flavor combinations: Try it with seafood, raw oysters, sushi, smoked fish, roe, fatty fish, red meats, lamb, sweets, game, wild mushrooms, truffles, cheeses and cured meats and wine-killers ingredients. Enjoy it at 12-14 °C after decanting into a carafe.
