Variety: 100% Syrah

Vineyard: In Demestikha of Achaia at an altitude of 900 meters. Clay-sandy shale soil. The production ranges at 400 kg per hectare.

Vinification: Cold extraction and red vinification at low temperatures. Aged for 20 months in 1st and 2nd gold oak barrels 225lt.

Organoleptic characteristics: It is characterized by a deep red color with blue highlights, with aromas of raspberry and violet. It is a wine of moderate volume,

balanced in the mouth with a great aftertaste of red fruits and spices.

Ideal pairing: Goes well with all oven-baked game, grilled beef and pork, as well as traditional Greek dishes such as

lamb, goat or pork on the spit as well as moussaka.

In ideal maintenance conditions you can enjoy it for another 15-20 years.

Served at 16 - 18°C.
