Variety : 100% Chardonnay
Vineyard : In Demestiha, Achaia at an altitude of 750-900 meters. Sand-clay sandy soil and production ranging from 700 kg per acre.
Winemaking : Cold extraction for hours for 50% of the quantity and fermentation in a stainless steel tank at a temperature of 15oC, separation from the wine lees and bottling.
Organoleptic characteristics : It is characterized by golden green color, with aromas of pineapple, mango, pear and green apple. In the mouth it is rich, fruity, balanced with great aftertaste. Served: at a temperature of 12o C.
Accompanies : wonderful with pasta (made with vegetables or with white sauces), with yellow cheeses, with poultry (made with steam or pot, without tomato sauce). It is also suitable for salads with mayonnaise, grilled or baked fish, as well as yellow tropical fruits. In ideal maintenance conditions you can enjoy it for another 3 years.
