Varietal Composition: Xinomavro 100%

Region / Vineyard: Naoussa wine-growing zone. Krasna of Rodochori, Lakka of Giannakochori.

Vinification: Xinomavro vinified without barrel and additives. With aging potential for at least 5 years.

Tasting Characteristics: A good vinification and even without barrel, as in this case, can give us an excellent expression of Xinomavro. Intense red color for Xinomavro. After a short aeration, a multidimensional bouquet of intense fresh red fruit, abundant olive and tomato paste unfolds. Wonderfully delicious and present tannins, which are supported by a cool acidity, but also rich extract.

Harmony: Combines with grilled meats or cooked with rich sauces. Excellent match with game and mature fatty spicy cheeses. Ideal temperature 18 C.
