Varietal Composition: Xinomavro 100%
Area / Vineyard: Naoussa wine-growing zone. Vineyard in the Lakka location near Giannakochori is located at an altitude of approximately 300 meters and is light and stony.
Vinification: Cold extraction and fermentation at a controlled temperature.. Maturation in old French barrels of 500 liters for approximately 12 months.
Tasting Characteristics: A Xinomavro of particular finesse and aromatic intensity. Sour cherry, cranberry and pomegranate frame the typical aromas of tomato and olive. Charming tannins and delicious acidity are the backbone on which the wonderful fruit and intense extract of the wine rest. A wine with excellent aging potential of 15 years.
Harmony: Combines with grilled meats or cooked with rich sauces. Excellent match with game and mature fatty spicy cheeses. Ideal temperature 18 C.
