Origin: PDO Nemea,

Family vineyards in Achladia Nemea

Variety: 100% Agiorgitiko

Winemaking: Classic red winemaking in 100hl stainless winemakers, with long extraction. Ages for 12 months in French oak barrels of 225lt and for another 6 months in the bottle.

Characteristics: Deep ruby color, typical of Agiorgitika, with aromas of dried fruits, raisins and vanilla. Typical velvety taste and long aftertaste.

Harmony of flavors: Rooster pastitsada with spices, Burger stuffed with Cretan gruyere, Osso bouko with mashed fillet stuffed with Florin peppers and fresh herbs
