Wining/Characteristics: Yield of the crop at just 500 kilos in a selected vineyard, in the Naoussa area. The careful selection of grapes combined with the traditional winemaking method (high fermentation temperatures and greater extraction), ultimately led to a wine that can last up to 20 years. It already has 30 months of aging in French oak barrels and over 3 years in the bottle. It is an excellent wine with aromas of tomato, raspberry, spices and licorice. It impresses the mouth with a rich body, solid tannins and a surprising aftertaste.
With just 1000 bottles available, hand-numbered, it is a wine you must try.
