Wining: 20 days maceration with the marc. Malolactic fermentation for 1 month with fine lees. and aging for 12 months in French barrels and 12 months in the bottle

Characteristics: Deep red color. Intense complexity with primary aromas of red berries, dried fig, tomato juice. Soft, velvety tannins with a warm, long aftertaste framed by secondary aromas of cocoa and red fruits.

Served: at 16-18 °C.
