Characteristics: An unusual blend of the cosmopolitan red variety Cabernet Sauvignon (90%) with the Greek white Assyrtiko (10%) which results in a deep red wine with predominant aromas of cedar, cassis and sweet spices. Rich and balanced in the mouth with a solid structure and long lasting aftertaste.
Combines: with grilled beef steaks, village sausage, tagliata and juicy minced beef burgers.
Aging: 12 months in 500lit French barrels
Serve at 18 ° C after decanting in a carafe
