Tasting: Bright medium depth ruby ​​color, pleasantly predisposes

for the fruity aroma (sour cherry) combined with coffee, pepper, blonde leaves

tobacco and hot spices (clove and cinnamon stick). The very complex

aroma is followed by a taste that is peppery, bitter, discreetly fruity,

quite warm, with sharp tannins. Nice aftertaste.

Accompaniment: rabbit or hare with plums, grilled pancakes, stew,

Smyrna soutzoukaki, gardoumbakia, moussaka with aubergines, kokoretsi,

cottage, tzigerosarmas.
