Winemaking
Classic red with prolonged extraction of 20-30 days.
Controlled temperature at 24 ° C, to maximize the varietal aromas.
This is followed by malolactic fermentation and twelve months of maturation in new 225 lt French oak barrels from Berthomieu.
It is bottled without stabilization and filtration, so any amount of sediment is normal.
Tasting
Deep ruby color and intricate bouquet.
Aromas of spices, pepper, cinnamon, tobacco, framed by plenty of black fruit (plum, raspberry), baked fruit jam with hints of vanilla.
In the mouth it is rich, spicy, exuberant with ripe tannins and a round long aftertaste.
Aging 8 -10 years.
Wine unfiltered and unstable. Any amount of sediment in the bottle is normal.
It is recommended to transfuse it in a carafe 30 minutes before consuming it.
