Vinification : The wine results from the combination of the reddish, intensely fruity and aromatic Pamidi (85%), with the red Syrah (15%), to enhance the color and a more spicy taste.
Characteristics : The wine is very aromatic, very fresh both in taste and aroma, due to the fact that Pamidi, revived from the estate, is a sweet, aromatic (edible) grape that gives the fresh aromas of strawberry, cherry, sour cherry (the nature of the variety is this). The wine has a pleasantly sweet finish due to residual sugars.
