Cultivation: Asprokambos Nemea. Altitude: 750 meters. Soil composition: Clay, limestone Cultivation: 25 acres – organic farming. Per hectare yield: 900 kg/hectare
Vinification: Classic red vinification. Aging 5 months in oak barrels.
Organoleptic Characteristics: Fruity but well-balanced red, with good acidity and mild tannins from 100% Agiorgitiko. Dark purple color, rosy and exuberant body with soft well-worked tannins and rich taste. Aromatic profile of red fruits such as cherry and strawberry combined with light notes of tobacco and sweet spices.
Suggested Flavor Combinations: Served at temperatures of 15-17°C and accompanies pleasantly juicy meats with BBQ sauces as well as oily dishes of the Greek cuisine. Ideal for spicy meats and cheeses.
