Vineyard : From the privately owned vineyard in the hilly area of Perpatiares, in Arcadia, with clay-stone soils that ensure excellent drainage.

Wine and Vinification : Modern technological vinification with the method of pre-fermentation extraction at 10 degrees. The first stage is done in stainless steel tanks and then poured into barrels where the fermentation is completed. The wine remains and matures along with its fine mud.

Taste Characteristics and Aging : Wine with delicate aromas of citrus and lemon blossoms, high intensity. Taste is characterized by a rich body in harmonious balance with acidity. It ages for 3-5 years.
