Light and vibrant rosé champagne to salmon color (typical color for sour black rosé). Intense freshness framed by fresh aromas of mainly ripe strawberries, small red fruits and exotic fruits such as lychee. Lively in acidity but with absolute harmony at the end that leaves a fruity aftertaste that lasts.

Accompanies : Asian cuisine, shrimp, shellfish, sea urchin and seafood, pasta and pizzas, turkey and vegetables. Served at 12-14. C.
