Red Dry Wine
Origin: PGI Peloponnese
Variety: 100% Cabernet Sauvignon
Winemaking: Systematic monitoring of the vineyard throughout the year allows the grapes to be harvested once they have reached the optimum ripening of sugars and tannins. After the classic red vinification in 50hl stainless steel winemakers, it ages for 12 months in French oak barrels of 225lt and for another 12 months in the bottle.
Features: Impresses with its rich, deep purple color and the tip of a plum, black pepper, roasted almond and vanilla. In the mouth it remains ripe, round, rich, with a long aftertaste.
Harmony of flavors: Lamb ribs with pomegranate glaze and rosemary, Pig roasted in lemon leaves, Chicken stuffed in the hull with orange and cognac, Hare or rabbit stew
