Dry White

Variety: Chardonnay.

Vineyard: Strictly selected vineyards, from the very good area of Mount Pangaios. South-east orientation, close to the sea, extremely low yield per hectare.

Characteristics: Rich green-yellow color with crystal clarity. Wonderful aromas of banana, lemon and pineapple. In the mouth excellent, full, robust. Light notes of vanilla and oak gently caress the palate, giving a stunning aftertaste to a majestic wine.

Ageing: In small French oak barrels, always new, as many months as it takes to create an excellent wine.

Served: At 9°C in a pillar glass.

Flavor combinations: Shrimp pilaf, Grilled gofaria, Grilled squid, Stuffed squid, Grilled tongues, Cuttlefish stew, Baked quail
