Winemaking : White winemaking in a French oak winemaker at a controlled temperature and a short stay of 3-4 months in 228lt French oak barrels.
Alcohol content : 13% Vol
Aging dynamics : Enjoy it in the first 4 years of its life.
Tasting characteristics : Bright, golden yellow color. Generous aromas of wood, vanilla and roasted nuts are harmoniously combined with ripe white fleshy fruits. Its exuberant taste and fruity character uniquely balances with the elevated acidity and the alcoholic degree, giving an enjoyable taste set with a lasting aftertaste.
Serving temperature : It goes well with turkey stuffed with chestnuts, nuts and raisins, lobster with butter sauce and a plate of rich cheeses. Enjoy it at 8-10 ° C.
