Winemaking - Maturation: White winemaking with low temperatures 12 -16 οC. Kneads in stainless steel tanks. Short maturation with fine wine lees.
Sensory Characteristics: Bright yellow color. The new blend combines the aromatic complexity of Sauvignon Blanc with an emphasis on tropical and citrus fruits which are combined with the richness, the acidity of Assyrtiko and the pleasant floral notes of Malagouzia. A wine with a strong nose and aromas of mango, papaya, pineapple, citrus, lemongrass, tsakmakopetra and white flowers. Mouth full with a pleasant crunchy acidity and a long aromatic aftertaste.
Storage - Aging: It is pleasant to drink for the next 3-4 years after harvest.
Delicious match: Served cool at 8-13 ° C, accompanying excellently cooked vegetables, pasta with basil sauce and salads with goat cheese.
