Vinification : Pre-fermentation extraction in cold for 1 day, alcoholic fermentation at low temperature until the end of fermentation, stay of the wine in its fine wine lees for 3 months with periodic stirring.

Organoleptic characteristics : The color of the wine is slightly red with violet highlights. It has strong aromas of small red fruits in combination with sweet notes of jasmine and white pepper. On the palate it is light, cool, with delicious juicy tannins and a soft fruity aftertaste. Enjoy the cool at 12 C.
